Youth STrength and Explosiveness
We'll run about 60 1-hour workouts 3 times a week -- Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Things will start up each day at 5:00, drop in as soon as you can, because your workout will take around 60 minutes. Sessions will run from 5:00 to 6:00pm. This will begin the same week as our Off-Season Training (October 6th). The kids just need to be there for about an hour within in that window.
Participants will start with learning how to be safe and growing their work ethic. Eventually, as athletes get more adept, we'll branch out into sport-specific movement that directly translate to playing baseball and softball. First we get a base, then we grow, then we transfer our learning to our sports!
As always, no one touches our thought-out curriculum and value. This is a massive value that could change your child's athletic trajectory. Just get them here! There will not be any make-ups offered.
