This is basically an Off-Season Training session with one of the Hackers coaches all winter long. Bring up to 12 athletes and as many coaches as you want. Our coach will design and run an hour-long session each week tailored to what you want, using your team.
In addition, we'll also give you an additional weekly hour for the team to schedule on their own. It might be possible to schedule them back-to-back.
