WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR- SOFTBALLI wish to play with a competitive, high level team that will push me to be better. I am from Appleton, Wisconsin, and want to stay within an eight hour drive from there. I am open to any division of softball. I've always had very supportive teammates who love to work and compete. I hope to find that at the next level. My ideal coaches would are knowledgeable and willing to explain to players why we do things. I hope to find lifelong mentors who will help me become the best version of myself, as a player and a person.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR- EDUCATIONI have a couple of interests for what I could possibly go into, education-wise, in college. I am interested in exploring sports management, along with sports medicine or some sort of engineering. A community of supportive professors, who understand that life exists outside of their classroom is important to me. A diverse community where I can continue to explore my other interests, like dancing and playing music would also be incredible.

WHY I WANT TO PLAY IN COLLEGEI've grown up with the sport. I started playing really young and i always enjoyed showing up and playing with my friends (the snacks were a good motivator as well early on). As I got older, I realized I wouldn't even know what I would do with myself if I wasn't playing softball. I've invested so much time into learning the different aspects of the game and have enjoyed every second of it. I want to continue that experience for as long as I can.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am the oldest of four kids. Both of my parents grew up in my hometown, and almost my entire extended family lives within a short drive. May family has always been very supportive of everything I have done. My immediate family's lives gets rearranged around 'ball' every spring and summer. We all play, my dad coaches us and our friends as much as possible, and still plays semi-professionally. Mom knew what she was getting into, and plays wiffleball in the street with us during the summer.
My parents are both teachers, and we always prioritize school over all of our interests. All of us dance. My youngest sister and I both do acrobatics (check out my backflip --standing back tuck --on my skills video). I relax by singing and playing piano. . .I'm like a karaoke machine for my friends. I'm always busy during the school year, but it's all stuff I love to do.
I realized pretty early on that I wanted to see how far softball could take me, and I have learned to love every part of the process. I love to practice. I' live in the weightroom. Catching games on TV is always an exciting part of the spring, and I love studying how skills are practiced and coached. (We call it 'dorking out') I just hope I'm able to find a good match while continuing my education.
